Shipping Policy

First-Batch Pre-Orders
Pre-order products are estimated to ship by October 20, 2026.

The estimated shipping timeline is not a guaranteed delivery date. If production or fulfillment is delayed, we will notify affected customers by email.

Orders Containing Multiple Items
If an order contains both pre-order products and accessories, all items will ship together when the pre-order products are ready, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery After Dispatch
After an order ships, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days within the United States, depending on the destination and carrier conditions. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking status.

Address Changes
If you need to correct your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@sootheory.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters fulfillment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact support@sootheory.com with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking details.
